Any licensing or commercial use of our IP must be explicitly approved by our board. Sub-licensing, distribution, or adaptation without authorization is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in termination of contractual relationships and forfeiture of any associated privileges or equity stakes.

We retain all rights to materials developed by collaborators, contractors, or contributors unless specifically released under written agreement. AI-generated outputs, unless pre-designated otherwise, default to company ownership.

Our intellectual property reflects not just our effort, but the values of kaupapa Māori including sovereignty, collective authorship, and cultural continuity. Our innovations are designed as taonga, to be protected and nurtured, not exploited.
